Shipping Policy

Shipping destinations and cost

Vyro offers free shipping on all orders to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–4 days after the order is placed.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information when ordering.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery is approximately 8 days from the date you place your order.

This estimate includes processing and shipping time—it is not an additional eight days after dispatch.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your destination, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, or other disruptions.

Shipping delays

If we cannot ship your order within the stated processing timeframe, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate where available, and offer the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund of the unshipped items, as required by applicable law.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact vyrocollective.help@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate.

Address changes

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact vyrocollective.help@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate corrections before dispatch, but address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

Missing, damaged, or incorrect deliveries

If your package is missing, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact vyrocollective.help@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, include photos where possible.

Please keep the item and packaging while we review the issue and provide next steps.
